Welcome to the new home of Blair Bike and Board.
We are proud to be the web place that delivers the information to you. Blair Bike and Board is comprised of several homegrown locals, that never gave up the dream to have a cool and creative skateboard and bike park that you can call your own.
This much needed project, will be located in Lakemont, PA (just between Altoona and Hollidaysburg). We are aiming for a family based facility that will include a 30,000 square foot skatepark, playground, walking track, and pavilions. The plans are set in motion and we have city backing to help, but what we really need is donations both public and private. We cannot obtain our goal without your support. Please check out our links section, these are sponsors that have donated time, money, talent, web space, whatever to get this off of the ground. This is something that we believe in and believe this is what our kids need, a place to be expressive, creative, meet new people, maintain existing relationships and build social skills, as well as feed the need for excerize. We will be hosting at least one fundraiser concert in Altoona hopefully in the fall. More details on that to come...
